INGREDIENTS
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry or lemon twist
STEPS
- Add the rye whiskey, Ruddy Fox, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry or a lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 ounce Ruddy Fox sweet vermouth
1 1/2 ounces gin
Garnish: 1 or 3 maraschino cherries, for garnish
STEPS
- Pour the vermouth directly into a cocktail glass without ice.
- Add the gin.
- Stir it with ice in a mixing glass and strain it into a cocktail glass.

3/4 ounce scotch
3/4 ounce Ruddy Fox sweet vermouth
3/4 ounce cherry liqueur
3/4 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: orange peel
STEPS
- Add the scotch, Ruddy Fox sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
